Membership & Recharge Agreement
Membership Agreement
1. Introduction
This Agreement is a contract entered into between you and HitReel TV. It sets out the terms governing your use of and access to the HitReel TV services, whether through a paid subscription or a free trial. Thank you for using HitReel TV (hereinafter referred to as "HitReel TV", "we", "us", or "the Company"). By accessing or using the Service, or by authorizing another person to use the Service, you agree to this Agreement. If you enter into this Agreement on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Entity"), you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that Entity and its affiliates to this Agreement. In such case, the terms "Subscriber", "you", and "your" refer to that Entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree to this Agreement, you may not accept this Agreement and may not use any of the Services.
2. About Subscriptions
2.1 To ensure that Subscribers can continuously enjoy the Service and automatic renewal, you authorize us, until you cancel, to automatically charge you for the next subscription period at the renewal price and billing period shown at checkout, on or up to 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle, and to continue charging on a recurring basis. You may withdraw this authorization at any time by cancelling auto-renewal in Mine → Settings → Membership. By providing your payment information, you agree that we may use that information to collect fees. Subscriptions may be charged on a weekly, monthly, or annual basis, or according to other billing cycles offered by HitReel TV, as selected by you.
2.2 At the beginning of each billing cycle, the fee will be automatically deducted from your payment account. If automatic renewal fails due to insufficient account balance, the Subscriber shall bear the related responsibility.
2.3 The content provided through a HitReel TV subscription is limited to use within the HitReel TV application and its associated platforms. Any malicious or unlawful use of subscription content outside the HitReel TV platform falls outside the scope of this Service. HitReel TV has the right to verify whether your use of the Service complies with this Agreement. If any non-compliance is found, HitReel TV has the right to recover fees from you, and you shall bear any damages or losses arising therefrom.
3. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
3.1 HitReel TV provides a method for querying automatic renewal orders, but is not responsible for sending you invoices.
3.2 After successfully deducting payment from your payment account, HitReel TV will record the payment information and renew the corresponding service for your account.
3.3 If an error occurs during the charging process, HitReel TV and you shall fully cooperate to identify the cause, and each party shall bear the losses caused by its own fault. If the loss is caused by the joint fault of both parties, each party shall bear responsibility in proportion to its respective fault; if the degree of fault cannot be distinguished, both parties shall bear responsibility equally.
3.4 HitReel TV may, due to business development or technical upgrades, change or modify the service content, rules, and terms, and will notify users through the relevant pages of the application or website. If you do not agree to such changes, you may cancel the Service and stop using HitReel TV. Continued use of the Service shall be deemed acceptance of the relevant modifications.
3.5 You may choose whether or not to cancel the Service. If you do not cancel, you shall be deemed to agree that HitReel TV will, in accordance with the relevant rules, attempt to charge you in the next billing cycle. After a successful charge, HitReel TV will renew the next period of service for you.
3.6 If the service price changes before or during automatic renewal, the price then in effect shall apply.
3.7 HitReel TV has the right to adjust service prices according to its needs or market changes, and will notify you of price changes through the relevant pages.
4. Term and Termination of the Agreement
4.1 This Agreement takes effect when you accept the Agreement or begin using the Service, and terminates when you terminate the Service or cancel your subscription.
4.2 You have the right to terminate the Service at any time by yourself in Mine → Settings → Membership ("Cancel auto-renewal"), without emailing us and without any notice period. After termination, HitReel TV will stop providing the Service to you.
4.3 If you cancel your subscription before the end of the current subscription period, auto-renewal stops, you will not be charged again, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. This also applies if you cancel within 48 hours after a renewal has been charged: the cancellation takes effect immediately and no further renewal will be charged, but the renewal charge already made is not refunded. The fee already paid for the current period is not refunded, except in the cases set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://hitreeltv.com/en/refund).
5. Liability for Breach
If one party breaches this Agreement, the other party has the right to seek compensation through the agreed dispute resolution method.
6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
You and HitReel TV agree that the parties shall resolve any dispute relating to or arising out of this Agreement through good-faith negotiation. If no agreement can be reached, either party has the right to submit the dispute to the courts of Hong Kong for resolution. The interpretation, validity, and enforcement of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong.

HitReel TV Series Subscription Auto-Renewal Rules
These Rules serve as a supplementary agreement to the HitReel TV Series Subscription Service Agreement and together with it form an indivisible whole.
In the event of any conflict between these Rules and the HitReel TV Series Subscription Service Agreement, these Rules shall prevail. When you click to subscribe to, activate, and use the HitReel TV series membership auto-renewal service (hereinafter referred to as the "Auto-Renewal Service"), you shall be deemed to agree to these Rules.
HitReel TV series memberships include:
HitReel TV Weekly Subscription Membership
HitReel TV Monthly Subscription Membership
HitReel TV Annual Subscription Membership
The above are collectively referred to as the "HitReel TV Series Subscription Memberships".
You understand and agree:
1.
If you activate the Auto-Renewal Service through your Apple ID and do not actively and expressly cancel during the subscription period, then within 24 hours before the end of each subscription period, Apple will automatically deduct the fee for the next subscription period from the balance of the Apple ID account you bound when activating the service, thereby extending the validity of your membership (the actual deduction is subject to Apple's actual billing rules).
You should pay attention to your account balance and available chargeable amount.
If renewal fails due to an account anomaly or insufficient balance, the related risks and losses shall be borne by you.
To help you keep track of automatic renewals, Apple and HitReel TV will notify you the day before the charge by means such as email; please be sure to check.
Special reminder: Based on the nature of the Auto-Renewal Service, if you do not expressly cancel automatic renewal during the subscription period, Apple will, in accordance with your authorization, initiate the charge for the next period. Fees already deducted are refunded only in the cases set out in the Refund & Cancellation Policy; for purchases made through Apple, Apple's refund rules apply.
2.
Subscription periods include:
1 week
1 month
1 year
(subject to the settings on the subscription page) and may be selected by the user.
3.
HitReel TV has the right to adjust service prices or to stop providing the Auto-Renewal Service.
If a price adjustment is required, HitReel TV will notify users in advance by means such as in-app messages and email. If you do not agree to the price adjustment, you may cancel the Auto-Renewal Service in accordance with these Rules. If you do not cancel, subsequent charges by Apple will be executed at the adjusted price. If you cancel within 24 hours before the subscription expires, Apple may still complete the charge for the next period at the adjusted price and then stop automatic renewal. After automatic renewal has been canceled, if it is activated again, subsequent charge amounts will be based on the price displayed on the page.
