The following terms and conditions (including the Acceptable Use Policy, collectively, the "Terms of Use") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited, its subsidiaries, and its affiliates (collectively, "HitReel TV", "we", or "us"), governing your use of:
1. The website located at the official HitReel TV website (the "Website"), including all services, features, and content accessible or downloadable on the Website; and
2. Any other applications (including mobile applications), services, or products provided by HitReel TV and licensed, downloaded, or accessed through third-party websites or sources.
Items (1) and (2) above are collectively referred to as the "Service".
The Service is intended for consumers only and is not intended for users under the age of 13.

We recommend that you print and retain a copy of these Terms of Use for future reference.
Section 1 — Your Acceptance of the Terms of Use
1.1 Please read these Terms of Use carefully, as they affect your legal rights and obligations. These Terms explain: who we are; how we provide the Service to you; how you and we may modify or terminate the agreement; how problems will be handled; and other important information.
1.2 When you register a user account (the "Account") to use the Service, and/or post online content, or otherwise use the Service, you represent and warrant that:
1. You are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age in the EU/EEA);
2. You have fully understood and agree to these Terms of Use; and
3. If you do not meet the above age requirement, your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms of Use.
1.3 HitReel TV reserves the full right to modify these Terms of Use at any time at its sole discretion. Any modification takes effect immediately upon posting on the Website or mobile application. Your continued use of the Service following an update to the Terms shall be deemed your acceptance of and agreement to the relevant modifications. Before each use of the Service, you should review the latest Terms of Use to ensure that you understand the currently applicable content. If you object to any modification, your sole remedy is to cease using the Service. You agree that HitReel TV shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to these Terms of Use.
1.4 Except as otherwise expressly provided by HitReel TV with respect to paid services, HitReel TV has the right, based on product changes, user needs, or business priorities, and without further notice and without incurring liability, to: add to; modify; suspend; or terminate any or all of the Service, functions, or features.

2.2 How We Contact You
When we need to contact you, we will do so using the email address provided in your Account.
2.3 "In Writing" Includes Email
References in this agreement to "in writing" or "written" include communications by email.
Section 3 — Relationship with Other Agreements
3.1 When you use the Service or part of the Service, you may also be required to comply with one or more third-party agreements (the "Third-Party Agreements").
For example: the Google Terms of Service; the Apple Terms of Service. These agreements may apply when you download or access applications within the Service through third-party websites or sources. If a Third-Party Agreement conflicts with these Terms of Use with respect to HitReel TV or the Service, these Terms of Use shall prevail.
Section 4 — User Accounts
4.1 When registering an Account, you may be required to provide personal information in order to use the Service.
You agree to:
1. Provide true, accurate, current, and complete information; and
2. Promptly update the relevant information to ensure that it remains true, accurate, and complete.
If the information you provide is: untrue; inaccurate; incomplete; or out of date, this shall be deemed a violation of these Terms of Use, and HitReel TV has the right to: suspend the Account; terminate the Account; or refuse your current and future use of the Service. Only one Account is permitted to be registered per electronic device installed with a mobile operating system (the "Device"). Except as expressly permitted under this agreement, you may not: sell the Account; trade the Account; transfer the Account; or assign the Account to others. You are responsible for protecting your password and Account security, and you agree not to disclose your login information to any third party. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not you are aware of them. If you discover: any unauthorized use of the Account; or any breach of Account security, you should immediately notify HitReel TV.
Section 5 — Right to Use the Service
5.1 License to Use
Subject to your continued full compliance with these Terms of Use, HitReel TV grants you a license that is: limited; revocable; non-exclusive; non-transferable; and non-sublicensable, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, to use and display the Service on a single Device, including:
1. The Website or portions of the Service that HitReel TV authorizes you to access for free; and
2. Portions of the paid Service that you may access after paying the applicable fees and meeting the relevant conditions.
5.2 Subscription Services
You may be required to pay a fee to access certain subscription content. You are responsible for all related payment obligations. All payments are subject to both: these Terms of Use; and the relevant payment service terms. HitReel TV is not responsible for third-party payment processing or payment conduct. You acknowledge that subscription prices and availability may change at any time.
5.3 Automatic Billing and Recurring Subscriptions
HitReel TV may offer payment methods such as: automatic billing; recurring billing; subscription-based payment; and the like. In such cases, you agree that:
1. Payment is generally made in advance;
2. You authorize HitReel TV to store your payment information (such as credit card information);
3. If payment is declined, fails, or is returned, HitReel TV may suspend the relevant Service; and
4. You shall bear all fees, costs, and losses arising therefrom.
Auto-renewing memberships renew at the price and billing period shown at checkout until you cancel. You can cancel at any time yourself in Mine → Settings → Membership, without emailing us and without any notice period; cancellation stops all future charges and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for.
5.4 Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://hitreeltv.com/en/refund), which forms part of these Terms of Use. You are entitled to a refund in the cases listed in that Policy, including duplicate or incorrect charges, unauthorized charges, renewals charged after you cancelled, purchases that were not delivered, and any case in which a refund is required by applicable law.
Outside those cases, fees are non-refundable. Purchased Coins are non-refundable. Renewal charges are non-refundable: if you cancel auto-renewal within 48 hours after a renewal has been successfully charged, the cancellation takes effect immediately and no further renewal will be charged, the VIP benefits you have already paid for remain active until the end of the current billing period, and the renewal charge already made is not refunded. Nothing in these Terms of Use limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
5.5 Erroneous Charges
If you believe HitReel TV has charged you in error, please contact us at [email protected] within 30 days from the date of the charge. We acknowledge requests within 1 business day and give a decision within 5 business days; approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of approval. Requests made after 30 days are still reviewed where the charge was unauthorized or where the law requires it. You may appeal a decision within 15 days as described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
5.6 Third-Party Payments and Taxes
Payment processing is performed by third-party service providers. All purchases may involve: taxes; foreign exchange fees; and price differences arising from differences in region.
5.7 Account Transfer
Within a mobile application, you may transfer your Account or the Service from one Device to another only where HitReel TV has expressly permitted you to do so. This is subject to the conditions that: you own both the old Device and the new Device; and the Account being transferred belongs to you. You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
1. Use the Service for any purpose not expressly permitted under this agreement; or
2. Copy, modify, adapt, sell, transfer, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, or exploit the content of the Service.
Except as expressly granted in this agreement, HitReel TV grants you no license to any intellectual property rights.
HitReel TV reserves the right to modify the scope of and restrictions on the license, including charging fees for the relevant license.
Section 6 — Service Materials, Ownership, Trademarks, and Feedback
6.1 Service Materials
Except for "Your Content" (as defined below) and as otherwise expressly provided in these Terms of Use, Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited and its licensors own and retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and the Service Materials.
6.2 Definition of "Service Materials"
"Service Materials" means all information and materials that form part of the Service, including but not limited to: photographs; graphics; page layouts; text; images; audio; video; designs; advertising copy; data; logos; domain names; trademarks; service marks; trade names and other source identifiers; all copyrighted materials (including software); the "look and feel" of the Service in whole or in part; the organization, compilation, and arrangement of the Service Materials; and User Content.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Whether you download Service Materials or purchase Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods (as defined below), you will not thereby acquire any ownership.
6.3 Intellectual Property Protection
You acknowledge and agree that:
The Service Materials are protected by intellectual property laws applicable in the United States and other jurisdictions.
Except as expressly granted in these Terms of Use, all rights are reserved by HitReel TV and its licensors. This agreement does not grant you any license by estoppel, implication, or otherwise. Without the written permission of HitReel TV and the relevant rights holders, you may not: encumber; license to others; modify; publish; copy; sell; transfer; distribute; or exploit any Service or Service Materials (other than "Your Content").
6.4 HitReel TV Trademarks
"HitReel TV", the HitReel TV logo, and other product and service names are trademarks or service marks of HitReel TV (the "HitReel TV Trademarks").
Except as expressly permitted in this agreement, you may not use or display these trademarks in any form without written permission.
Third-party trademarks appearing in the Service belong to their respective owners.
Use of HitReel TV Trademarks as meta tags on other websites is prohibited.
6.5 Protection of Trademark Reputation
You may not use the HitReel TV Trademarks to: disparage HitReel TV or its services; damage the goodwill of the HitReel TV Trademarks; or mislead the public. All goodwill arising from the use of the HitReel TV Trademarks belongs to HitReel TV.
6.6 User Feedback
If you provide HitReel TV with: comments; suggestions; or feedback (collectively, "Feedback"), then you agree that such Feedback is the proprietary property of HitReel TV. You hereby assign to HitReel TV all rights, title, and interest in and to the Feedback. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, HitReel TV may: use; sell; disclose; or exploit the relevant Feedback without any compensation to you.
Section 7 — User Content
7.1 Definition of User Content
The Service may allow you and other users to: create; submit; post; display; transmit; publish; and distribute various content and materials, including but not limited to: text; articles; images; comments; personal information; and the like (collectively, "User Content").
This content may be displayed to HitReel TV or other users through: email; online forums; message boards; messaging systems; blogs; and other Service features.
HitReel TV may, but is not obligated to: receive; display; review; store; or use any User Content.
7.2 Responsibility for User Content
All User Content is the responsibility of the person who posts it. HitReel TV has the right, but is not obligated, to conduct pre-screening, inspection, evaluation, and monitoring of User Content, including its: accuracy; completeness; legality; timeliness; quality; usefulness; and the like.
HitReel TV makes no warranties with respect to User Content and expressly disclaims any related liability.
You understand that:
There are risks in using the Service, and you may encounter: offensive content; indecent content; or content that does not meet your needs. You bear all risks and consequences arising from the use of User Content yourself. HitReel TV is not liable for any loss caused by any User Content.
7.3 Right to Remove Content
Notwithstanding the foregoing, HitReel TV reserves the right, at its sole discretion and at any time without notice, to: refuse; remove; block; edit; modify; or prohibit access to any User Content (including "Your Content").
The reasons may include but are not limited to: a violation of these Terms of Use; or no reason at all.
Section 8 — Your Content
8.1 Definition of Your Content
The User Content you provide through the Service is referred to as "Your Content". You agree that: Your Content is not confidential information; HitReel TV may delete Your Content when the Account is terminated; and HitReel TV is not obligated to return Your Content in an organized form.
8.2 Your Warranties
You represent and warrant that:
1. Your Content is your original work;
2. You exclusively own the relevant rights;
3. You have the right to grant all the licenses set out in this agreement; and
4. HitReel TV's use of Your Content will not give rise to any third-party liability.
HitReel TV does not claim ownership of Your Content. This agreement does not limit your right to use your own content as permitted by law.
Section 9 — Intellectual Property
9.1 Except for User Content, the Service content provided by HitReel TV may be protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights and is owned by HitReel TV or third parties. You will not acquire any copyright or other rights or interests by using the Service.
9.2 You are expressly prohibited from using the Service to engage in: profit-making; commercialization; or monetization activities.
9.3 HitReel TV reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this agreement.
Section 10 — Notice Procedure for Copyright or Intellectual Property Infringement
10.1 HitReel TV respects the intellectual property rights of others and attaches great importance to intellectual property protection. The platform does not tolerate any infringement.
10.2 If an intellectual property rights holder or its agent notifies HitReel TV that certain content is alleged to be infringing, HitReel TV may, based on a good-faith judgment: remove the content; or prohibit access to the relevant content.
10.3 HitReel TV has the right to terminate the relevant user's Account upon receipt of a single notice of infringement, or where it determines on its own that infringement exists.
10.4 Submitting a Notice of Infringement
If you believe that certain content in the Service infringes intellectual property rights that you own or control, you should submit a "Notification of Claimed Infringement" to HitReel TV. The notice must include:
1. The electronic or physical signature of the rights holder or authorized agent;
2. A description of the infringed work;
3. A description of the location of the allegedly infringing content;
4. Contact information (address, telephone, email);
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
HitReel TV may provide your notice to the user complained against.
You may refer to United States copyright law: 17 U.S.C. § 512 (DMCA).
10.5 Counter Notification
If you receive a notice of infringement and believe that the content was removed in error, you have the right to submit a "Counter Notification". The counter notification must include:
1. Your electronic or physical signature;
2. A description of the removed content and its original location;
3. A statement that you believe in good faith that the removal was a mistake;
4. Your name, address, and telephone number; and
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the court.
We recommend that you consult an attorney or refer to the provisions of the DMCA.
10.6 Restoration Procedure After Counter Notification
If you submit a valid counter notification, HitReel TV will:
1. Send a copy of the counter notification to the original complainant;
2. Notify the other party that the content will be restored after 10 business days; and
3. Restore the content within 10 to 14 business days after receiving the counter notification;
unless the original complainant, during this period, files a lawsuit with a court seeking to enjoin the relevant infringing activity.
10.7 Legal Liability for False Claims of Infringement
The United States Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)) provides that:
Any person who, under Section 512 of the Copyright Act, knowingly makes a material misrepresentation, including:
falsely claiming that certain material or activity constitutes infringement;
falsely claiming that certain material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification;
shall be liable for the resulting damages, including: damages; litigation costs; and attorneys' fees.
The injured parties include: the alleged infringer; the copyright owner; the copyright licensor; and the service provider;
provided that such damages were incurred by the service provider in reliance on the misrepresentation in: removing or disabling the relevant content; restoring the removed content; or ceasing to disable access to the relevant content.
10.8 Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited reserves the right, pursuant to the law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)), to pursue claims for damages against any party that submits a false notice of infringement or a false counter notification.
Section 11 — Usage Restrictions and Rules
11.1 As one of the conditions of your use of the Service, in addition to the other obligations in these Terms of Use, you agree to comply with:
the usage restrictions and rules set out in this section;
the Acceptable Use Policy; and
other restrictions or rules set out in the Service (such as specific application rules).
The Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms of Use.
11.2 The Service is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
Except for the limited reverse engineering expressly permitted by applicable law, you may not:
modify; copy; distribute; transmit; display; perform; reproduce; publish; license; create derivative works from; reverse engineer; transfer; or sell any part of the Service, or conduct any commercial use activity based on the Service.
11.3 You are responsible for configuring your own: information technology environment; computer programs; and usage platform, in order to access the Service. You should install and use anti-virus software yourself.
11.4 You may not misuse the Service, including but not limited to intentionally introducing: viruses; Trojans; worms; logic bombs; or other malicious or harmful technology content. You may not: access the Service without authorization; intrude into the Website, mobile application, or related servers; attack databases; launch a denial-of-service (DoS) attack; or launch a distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack. A violation of this provision may constitute a criminal offense.
HitReel TV will: report to law enforcement authorities; cooperate with investigations; and disclose your identity information to the relevant authorities. In the event of such a violation, your right to use the Service will terminate immediately.
Section 12 — Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods
12.1 The Service may include virtual currency, such as: cash points; coins; credits; and similar digital currencies (collectively, "Virtual Currency"). This Virtual Currency may be: obtained through the Service; or purchased with real currency; and is subject to applicable law. The Service may also include virtual digital goods, such as: virtual assets; virtual items; virtual abilities; and other digital goods (collectively, "Virtual Goods"). These goods may be: obtained through the Service; purchased with real currency; or redeemed with Virtual Currency.
12.2 Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited reserves the absolute right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to: manage; regulate; control; modify; or delete any Virtual Currency and/or Virtual Goods. HitReel TV is not liable to you or any third party for any consequences arising therefrom. You are granted only a license that is: limited; personal in nature; revocable; non-transferable; and non-sublicensable, for the use within the Service of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods lawfully obtained by you. Beyond this, you have no other rights, title, or interest in any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods.
12.3 You acknowledge and agree that, except as expressly permitted by the Service, the transfer of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods is strictly prohibited. Outside the Service, you may not: sell; cash out; or transfer any Virtual Currency or Virtual Goods to: HitReel TV; other users; or third parties.
12.4 Refunds and Termination of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods
You agree that:
Subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy, all sales of Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods are final.
Except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by applicable law, the relevant fees are non-refundable.
You acknowledge and agree that, regardless of the reason, if: these Terms of Use are terminated; your Account is terminated; the Service is terminated; or HitReel TV ceases to operate all or part of the Service, all Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods held by you shall be deemed automatically forfeited. HitReel TV bears no liability for this.
Section 13 — Posting Content on Other Websites and Linking to the Service
13.1 Subject to these Terms of Use, Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited grants you a license that is: limited; revocable; non-exclusive; and non-transferable, allowing you, for non-commercial purposes, to post your Account profile information at the following locations: your personal website; or third-party websites that allow users to post content.
For example: application achievements; user profiles; and other Service content authorized in writing by HitReel TV.
However, such third-party website must meet the following conditions: it is not a commercial competitor of HitReel TV; it must not criticize or damage HitReel TV; it must not acquire ownership of the relevant content and may only display it as authorized by you; it must not charge for the content, nor bundle it with advertising or merchandise; and it must comply with the law, must not infringe the rights of third parties, and must not post content that violates this agreement. A website that meets these conditions is referred to as an "Authorized Website".
13.2 The above license is subject to the following condition:
On each posting page, you must include both: a link to the HitReel TV official website; and the following copyright notice: Copyright Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited. All Rights Reserved. Used With Permission. Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited agrees to grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to link from an Authorized Website to the HitReel TV homepage.
Without written permission, you may not: use an iframe to embed and display the Service; or use inline links.
Section 14 — How We Use Your Personal Information
14.1 Your privacy is very important to us. We will use your personal information only in the manner described in our Privacy Policy. Please review the HitReel TV Privacy Policy to understand our privacy practices.
Section 15 — Termination
15.1 This agreement remains in effect until either party's right to terminate the agreement is exercised. You may terminate this agreement at any time and for any reason by: sending an email to: [email protected]; deleting or destroying all Service-related materials; and ceasing to use the Service.
15.2 HitReel TV's Right to Terminate the Agreement
Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited may, at any time and for any reason: terminate this agreement; terminate your Account; or prohibit your access to the Service. HitReel TV may decide at its sole discretion whether to warn you in advance. The absence of advance notice does not constitute a breach.
15.3 Deactivation or Termination of Account
If your Account is inactive for more than one consecutive year, HitReel TV may, at its sole discretion: deactivate the Account; or permanently terminate the Account. After Account termination, HitReel TV may delete: Your Content; user information; and data records, and will not return them to you. HitReel TV is not liable for any loss caused thereby. You are responsible for backing up your content yourself.
15.4 Consequences of Violating the Terms
If HitReel TV suspects or determines that you: have violated this agreement; have violated platform rules; or have engaged in illegal or harmful conduct, HitReel TV may take measures including but not limited to: notifying law enforcement authorities; suspending the Account; or restricting access to the Service, in each case without prior notice.
15.5 Consequences After Termination
After termination of the agreement, you may lose: your Account; username; avatar; application characters; achievements; Virtual Currency; Virtual Goods; and all related data.
15.6 You acknowledge and agree that, regardless of the reason for the termination of the agreement, you have no right to obtain: a refund; damages; or compensation, except as provided in the Refund & Cancellation Policy or as required by applicable law.
If HitReel TV terminates your Account, you may not, without written permission, participate again in the Service or in other services of HitReel TV. If you wish to participate again, you may apply via the following email: [email protected].
HitReel TV has the right to refuse to provide an Account or Service to any person. You also may not allow a banned user to use your Account.
Section 16 — Disputes with Other Users
16.1 Your interactions with other users are your own responsibility. Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited bears no liability for anything arising therefrom.
16.2 You agree to cooperate with HitReel TV in investigating any conduct that is alleged to be: illegal; fraudulent; or improper, including allowing access to password-protected areas of your Account. HitReel TV has the right, but is not obligated, to intervene in disputes between users.
Section 17 — Disclaimers
17.1 You expressly agree that:
Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any warranty.
17.2 Hong Kong InkTime Media Limited and the relevant parties expressly disclaim all warranties, including:
the warranty of non-infringement; the warranty of title; the warranty of merchantability; and the warranty of fitness for a particular purpose.
17.3 To the extent permitted by law, HitReel TV does not warrant that:
the Service will meet your needs; the Service will be uninterrupted; the Service will be secure and error-free; errors will be corrected; or the results of the Service will be accurate and reliable.
17.4 "HitReel TV Related Parties" includes: HitReel TV; subsidiaries; affiliates; officers; employees; agents; suppliers; and licensors.
Section 18 — Limitation of Liability
18.1 Under no circumstances shall the HitReel TV Related Parties be liable for any of the following losses:
loss of revenue; loss of profits; loss of data; business interruption; indirect damages; special damages; or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. If you are dissatisfied with the Service, your sole remedy is to cease using the Service.
18.2 HitReel TV's total liability for all claims shall not exceed the greater of: USD 50; or the amount you paid to HitReel TV over the past 12 months.
18.3 The laws of certain jurisdictions may not permit such disclaimers or limitations of liability.
In those jurisdictions, HitReel TV's liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by local law.
