(1) Technical measures for data security
We will adopt security protection measures in accordance with industry standards, including establishing reasonable systems and security technologies, to prevent your information from being accessed, used, or modified without authorization, thereby avoiding data corruption or loss. A variety of encryption technologies are used in our services. For example, in certain services, we will use encryption technologies (such as SSL) to protect your information, use encryption technologies to encrypt and store information, and isolate it through isolation technologies. When information is used, such as when displaying information and performing information-association computations, we will use various data-desensitization technologies to enhance security during the use of information. We permit only those employees and partners who genuinely need to know your personal information to access it, and we have established strict access control and monitoring mechanisms for this purpose. We also require all persons who may come into contact with your information to comply with corresponding confidentiality obligations. If they fail to fulfill these obligations, they may face legal liability or be suspended from cooperating in connection with our services.
(3) Other security measures we take to protect information
We manage and regulate the storage and use of information by establishing a data classification and grading system, data security management standards, and data security development standards. We exercise comprehensive security control over data through means such as information-access confidentiality agreements and monitoring and auditing mechanisms. In addition, we are committed to enhancing security awareness in the provision and operation of our services. We have an industry-leading, data-centric data security management system that, centered on the data life cycle, can enhance the security of the entire system from multiple dimensions, including organizational structure, system design, personnel management, and product technology. Security tips for you: when communicating with third parties or purchasing services through our services, you will inevitably need to disclose your information to your counterparty or potential counterparty. Please note that the internet is not an absolutely secure environment, and due to the limitations of technology and risk prevention, even though we have done our best to strengthen security measures, we cannot always guarantee that the security of information will reach 100%. Please understand that the systems and communication networks you use to access our services may encounter problems due to circumstances beyond our control. Although we make sincere efforts to store the information we collect in a secure operating environment that is not open to the public, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of such information during transmission or while stored within our systems. In addition, although we are committed to ensuring the integrity and security of our networks and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third parties from unlawfully obtaining such information. We do not warrant or represent that your information will be free from infringement, loss, misuse, or alteration by third parties.
(4) Handling of security incidents
In order to respond to various risks that may arise, such as the leakage, destruction, and loss of personal information, we have developed a series of systems to define the classification standards for security incidents and vulnerabilities and the corresponding handling procedures. In addition, we have formulated dedicated emergency response strategies for security incidents. In accordance with the requirements of our security incident handling standards, we will activate security contingency plans for different security incidents, implement measures to stop losses, analyze, locate, and develop remedial measures, and carry out joint tracking and enforcement actions with the relevant authorities.
In the event of an information security incident that is likely to pose a high threat to your rights and freedoms, we will, in accordance with the requirements of applicable laws and regulations, immediately notify you of the following: the basic circumstances of the security incident and its possible impact; the handling measures we have taken or are about to take; the measures we recommend you take on your own to prevent and mitigate the risks; the relevant remedial measures available to you, and so forth. At the same time, we will promptly inform you of the specific circumstances related to the incident by means such as email, letter, telephone, and push notification. In situations where it is difficult to notify each individual data subject or where doing so may involve an enormous amount of work, we will make an announcement in a reasonable and effective manner.
In addition, we will proactively report information security incidents in accordance with the relevant requirements of the applicable regulatory authorities.

Such information includes the GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers on iOS devices), locale (i.e., the location where a specific language is used), geolocation information (with your consent), and IP address. please visit: Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4228
Android: https://support.google.com/ads/answer/2662922

Please note: adjusting your preferences as described in this section does not mean that you will no longer receive advertisements. It only means that the advertisements you see will be less relevant to your interests. Our advertising partners will still use your device's advertising ID to serve you advertisements that may be less relevant to your interests; for example, we may use this ID to limit ad frequency (in other words, to control the maximum number of times you see the same advertisement). You may also reset the advertising ID associated with your device by following the instructions provided by your device manufacturer or operating system developer.

How we use and share information:
We collect and use personal information for the business purposes described in the section "2. How we collect and use your personal information". HitReel TV will not share your personal information unless approved by you or otherwise provided in this Policy. You can find more information in the section "5. When we share your personal information" above. In the past 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information for business purposes: identifiers (such as the identifiers described above); Internet or other electronic network activity information; demographic information/protected classification characteristics; commercial information; geolocation data; audio, video, and other electronic data; and profiles and inferred information. We do not sell users' personal information. However, we permit certain specific circumstances.
Third-party advertising and analytics partners collect consumer information through our services in order to serve more relevant advertisements, measure and analyze the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, and detect and report advertising fraud. The information collected by our partners includes the GAID (Google Advertising ID on Android devices) or IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers on iOS devices), locale (i.e., the location where a specific language is used), geolocation information (with your consent), and IP address. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA),
California residents have the following privacy rights:
Right to know: You have the right to request that we disclose the personal information we have collected, used, and disclosed in the past 12 months, as well as information about our data processing practices;
Right to delete: You have the right to request that we delete the personal information we have collected about you;
Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of the above rights;
Right to opt out of sale: We do not sell personal information, so there is no opt-out option.
Right to know: You have the right to be informed of any financial incentives and their specific terms, and the right to opt out of such incentives at any time. We will not include you in such incentives without your prior informed consent. We do not currently offer any such incentives. California law also allows you to request that we and our affiliated companies provide certain information about their disclosure of your personal information to third parties for the third parties' direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose your personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. Because there is currently no uniform standard for how to interpret "Do Not Track" signals, we do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" signals. However, we allow you to opt out of targeted advertising based on tracking technologies, as described above. To exercise any of the above rights, or if you are an agent authorized to exercise rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you may contact us through the contact methods provided in the "How to contact us" section. Please note that, in order to protect your information, we may need to verify your identity before processing your request. In certain circumstances, we may need to collect additional information to verify your identity, such as a government-issued identification document. Under the CCPA, you may exercise these rights yourself, or you may designate an authorized agent to make these requests on your behalf. We may require your authorized agent to provide your written permission to make requests on your behalf, and we may need to verify the identity of your authorized agent.
